Bliss Bridal is searching for an experienced bridal seamstress/tailor to provide alterations for a high-end bridal clientele in Fairhope. We're looking for a seamstress/tailor to work with us to help make brides' dreams come true with the perfect fit of their gown!

Position will include on-site pinnings and fittings at Bliss Bridal, but off-site alterations are completed at your workspace with a flexible schedule. Workflow is about one to two brides per day, or 15-20 per month.

We're searching for someone who has a fun personality, a great sense of style and an ability to do whatever it takes to provide our brides the best experience possible when choosing their gown. We feel so honored to be a part of any bride's moment and we are searching for someone who feels that way too. Experience in retail is preferred, but not required. Bridal experience is a plus, but also not required.
Tasks for the position will also include standard day to day retail operations; social media contributions; tuxedo sales; computer skills; fashion shows, bridal expos and photo shoot coordination; store cleanliness and merchandising.
Most Saturdays are a requirement. Compensation package includes hourly rate determined by previous experience, plus commission, tips, and several bonus opportunities.
